'Mirai'

Toyota has made plans recently to create a car, named the Mirai, after the Japanese word for 'future'. This Mirai is a fuel-cell powered car that gets a supposed 300 miles per hydrogen tank, these which can be refilled in as little amount of time as 5 minutes. I think this is an incredible breakthrough and a great alternative fuel, aside from oil/gasoline. I have yet to hear any 'cons' In relation to the car, but it looks very promising and I cannot wait for the release.

New Zealand airlines new hit safety video based on the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. Over the years, New Zealand air has tried to shake it up a little bit and entertain their passengers by means of the in-flight safety video; this year making it based off the hit Middle Earth series, featuring Elijah Wood himself. Yahoo quoted that "you don't have to watch the movie to know that it was filmed in the country, and since the first movie in 2001, tourism there has increased by 50%. I think this was very creative on their part and it will increase the number of fliers for them. Personally, Every time I have flown, I have always used Delta, but this video is intriguing and livens up the safety video, really taking you in and allowing you to listen and not even seeming like a safety video.
